Hello, it is very common to have recurrent stones. please mention the exact site and size of the current stone. stones smaller than 5 mm are cleared on its own, if you drink alot of water. But bigger stones needs removal by surgical options. Treatment also depend on the type of stone. We would request you to kindly consult us through a video consultation whereby you can upload your blood reports/ xray reports/ ultrasound reports for a detailed analysis and review, depending on which further treatment can be planned. following diet precautions need to be considered reducing sodium/ salt intake reducing animal protein, such as meat, eggs, and fish avoiding foods high in oxalate, such as spinach, rhubarb, nuts, and wheat bran Beets, chocolate, spinach, rhubarb, tea, and most nuts are rich in oxalate, and colas are rich in phosphate, both of which can contribute to kidney stones.
